Welcome

Always on…One

I live in a society
Where being me
Is frowned upon
But they prod and the push
For me to emerge
But even if I did
They’d still find a loophole
Not to put the crown upon
Either way my “fuche” beckons
See
That was supposed to say
My future is calling
Due to the rhyme and the rhythm
I changed the words
To make it sound…

Fuck it
Here’s what I reckon
A few lessons
Brought to you by yours truly
Kevon
One
Be careful
Of the roads you step on
Two
Second
Careful of the people you meet along
The alley
Avenue
Third
Raison
Language
Language
The word’s “reason”
But because of the rhyme
Again
I take the liberty…

Fuck it
Because there are people
Who would have you
Change who you are
Have you undress-on
Because they didn’t like
Your appear-once
Or the way that it
Sounds… Continue reading

To Know me Well – part 4

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4

This is that last part
After maybe a few false starts
After she gets to know me
Well
I become a teaser
Pleaser
Finding all the soft places
I can squeeze her
Lead her
To a table
Lips feel her
Thighs
Need her
Eyes
Closed
As I get further beneath her
Clothes
Cotton
I didn’t expect it
To be one of those
Innocence disguised
By her willingness
I suppose
I started pulling them down
She wasn’t opposed
To her legs wide open
Slightly exposed
Breathing getting deeper
She could feel my breath
Getting close
To her navel
As she laid back on the table
Good thing she was on a surface
That was stable
Her heat radiating
Making me impatient
To rock her boat
Like a cradle
She’s “fiending” for some cane
But I’m able
So I’ll take my time
If you’re … Continue reading

To Know me Well – part 3

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4

If you never ask I never tell
Well
I’m not a volunteer
I sell
My thoughts for free
Exchange of yours
Pray tell
Beautiful lady what’s inside your mind
The key
To know me
Well
Before we get started
I’ll warn you
This will take years
But within that time
I’ll charm you
Maybe harm you
On that electric fence
You put your arm through
Enough voltage to disarm you
Even after I tell you
You’re not the only who
Wants to
Get to know me
Well
You say
I’m trying to push you away
Insist you know what you want
And you will stay
Get to know me
Well
It started the third day
You don’t say
She came back the next day
Convinced
I was her future
Let’s say you’re right
And you get me
Know me
Well
What will … Continue reading

A Hundred Poems

I could write a hundred poems
In a day
What would they all say
They’d say
I could write a hundred poems
In a day
Things can be heaven
Things can be hell
Easy rhymes
Hard stories to tell
But this isn’t one of those
Maybe
I think
I’ve drawn from the well
Too many times
Drawn a map for the future
Used too many signs
In what seems like a dark room
Are just too many blinds
On the lower side of the spectrum
My opinion
But there are just too many minds
Thinking nirvana is a rainbow
With bright coloured lights
Not knowing
It’s the beginning and ending
To all things
One colour
White
Peace
I guess it’s just harder
To see the spectrum at night
With arguments about wrong
Gone so far left
Because they never took a step to the right
So if I wrote a … Continue reading

The Same Stories – Outlet

This is the beginning of a project the working title “The Same Stories”. Within any community where the rise from poverty is one of the main struggles those with insight are usually saying the same things; it’s, hard, it’s not acceptable and above all lacks the fairness that the broader community is based upon. These ideas might sound different coming from different people but in fact they are the same stories only being told from a myriad of perspectives. Within that community of powerless growing towards powerful individuals there is also the black story. Without those who have come before me telling theirs I may not have made it out of my own struggles to where I am now. One thing missing from those stories usually is an explanation, A why. The cause and effect might seem obvious and it is but without visible solutions knowing the problem becomes almost … Continue reading
